We meet them in person and also at various tradeshows. We use online advertising such as to advertise about our relationship with DIR and this will help us to form strategic relationships with potential candidates and sub contractors.

Job Portals such as DICE and TechFetch: We have DICE and Techfetch accounts for our recruiters and we use these tools to attract develop in-house resource and also form sub contractor relationships using the portals.
