Sourcing:

Rapisource LLC follows the best practices in sourcing and recruitment.

Recruiting team: RAPISOURCE LLC has a dedicated team of recruiters who does an extensive candidate search, technical and aptitude evaluation and follows stringent hiring process. The Final Candidate qualification is done by Experienced Subject Matter Experts. The entire process is tracked in our internal database called RS Status. The Client feedback on respective candidate is captured on our online Google document “RS-STATUS” and this feedback is used to further improve our candidate qualification process.

C-Biz One Software: RAPISOURCE LLC sourcing framework uses C-Biz One, integrated front office application for staffing and recruiting. The shortlisted resumes are stored in C-Biz with the recruiter’s comments on the candidates. On receipt of any requirements from the client, the recruiters do a database search for the matching profile that accurately meets the client requirements. The database has currently more around 10,000 resumes and after a span of every 3 months, our recruiting team contacts the candidates for their updated resume.
Subscription to Job Portals such as DICE.

TECHFETCH: RAPISOURCE LLC has an employer account to the Job portals and networking portals such as Dice and Techfetch. We use the online job portals for sourcing of candidates.  In addition to these portals, we also source candidate and sub contractors through staffing conferences.

Email marketing:

This is our traditional method to reach out to candidates, independent consultants and sub contractors. Our huge database of 10,000 potential candidates will help us marketing our solicitations to candidates who are interested in applying for a job. We use Gotham list server monthly subscription to send out emails to candidates

Online Groups, Chat and Social Media:

We use Online Google groups, Yahoo Chat and Other social media such as Facebook and Twitter to market our solicitations and to gather candidates in particular technical skills. These techniques will create plenty of noise in the social media platform and will have direct benefits in SEO, branding and reach out to many potential candidates.

HR Related Blog:

At Rapisource our marketing strategy is to create a HR related blog and list various articles related to hiring and staff augmentation. We would also like to write articles on technical requirements that are hard to find so it is easy for a potential candidate to understand the latest requirements.

Free talk and webinars on interview skills:

Our marketing and Sales plan for Rapisource include organizing webinars on interview skills. This will help candidates understand various techniques and processes to attend interviews with clients. We would like to have webinars on Government Solicitations so that the potential candidates understand the steps involved in landing a government contract.

Screening:

RAPISOURCE LLC Recruitment team follows the Screening Process that ensures the right candidate for a specific job including- Technical Proficiency Interview, Communication skills, Aptitude Test, Reference Check, Background Check and Drug Test Screening if required.

Consultant Satisfaction Surveys:

Account Managers in RAPISOURCE LLC are assigned to contact the consultants after the job offer and they start the project. We talk to them and ask them if they have any issues with the current assignment. We use surveys and other feedback mechanisms to make sure the candidate is happy with us. This will help us market our services to the candidate and make sure he works with us on current and future assignments.

Referral Marketing:

We offer referral fee for candidates already working with us. They will help us in getting more business and sales for the company.
